The absolute best way to torture someone with phone spam is to go to autotrader.com and enter persons name and phone number.. then search cars in multiple zip codes .. you can 1 touch “check availability” on 500 cars and dealers in a day in multiple zip codes.. your target person will be called over and over again by car sales people trying to sell them a car… I always do the obnoxious zip codes like Boston and NYC and Jersey.. the calls are endless…. Google a bunch of services you have to provide a number for (mortgage refinances, auto-loans, medical estimates, etc.) and start applying with their #. You don’t even have to finish, most will record the number and start calling to get them to provide the rest of the info.
