Only in looks. The engine, chassis, and transmission are entirely custom and made specifically for the EVO37/38. The design is supposed to resemble the Lancia 037 Rally but under the hood (I guess technically the trunk lol) it's a little different. The 037 Rally and Stradale had a 2.1L and 2.0L (respectively) supercharged inline-4, these take it a step further by adding a turbocharger to pull more power at high RPM. The engine is more akin to a Lancia Delta S4's in that way, though the S4 was a 1.8L They're ubelievably cool cars that I'd love to see more of.

You can say that again! The Lancia Delta S4 is my favorite car of all time, so I'm more than happy to talk about it and anything relating to it any time I get the chance. I'd love to own a Kimera EVO38, but at a starting price of 880,000 euros I don't see it happening hahaha
