Leaving the truck stop on a budget!

Hurrah, a multipletree post! It's been too long! I love weekends, resets and long layovers on my long trips throughout Europe. I will most definitely get out of my truck and visit whatever nearby locations there is. I've spent three separate weekends in Pisa, visiting the tower and walking the town. I've spent two full days on the beaches and town of Trapani, Sicily. A full week, not once, but twice, in the second biggest city of Bosnia-Hercegovina waiting for the sender to get the critical, time sensitive cargo to pass inspection while I'm touring the area with full pay and hotel covered. A weekend in a small town on the perimeter of Paris at the height of covid, sharing the French castles and parks with noone but the locals. A layover in Rome, walking the streets and dining at night, and walking past the Colosseum before departing the next morning. The list goes on.
