If you have children, are they at all conflicted about their identity?

I am married to an Englishman. I am an EU citizen. I could never handle the UK as a mother, so we plan to move to France although neither one of us is French (we both speak French, my husband’s parents own a holiday house there). I am just wondering if our child, growing up within essentially three cultures, will feel at all confused or out of place. It does not help that my in-laws and I have no relationship, and that we would not be raising our child in the UK partly due to how badly I was treated there as an immigrant. My husband is great though, but we are culturally very different. Anyone else navigated this situation?
