What’s it like being an estate agent?

I’m looking for a bit of a career change, I’ve been a butcher for 10 years and I’m wanting to change into something less physical so I don’t break down by 50 but it seems so daunting having such a big career change. Is it a stable job? I’m an intelligent enough guy but is it a difficult job? What does a typical day look like? Cheers!!
