The VHS-2 was bought by Irak in 2014, due to the war on ISIS.
Iraqi forces being initially being pushed off from it's own territory, it's possible thoses have been looted from military arsenals or looted from dead soldiers.

"Members, together with the Ministry of Defence of Croatia conducted a series of tests first prototype weapons, and then they started to mass produce, and then continue testing even with serial rifles. As pointed out by Pavlin, the order of the Croatian Army very important to them. Parallel to this, the HS product with MORH tested VHS-2 also abroad, and last year they managed to sign a contract for the sale of 10,000 rifles to foreign buyers. As stated in an interview later Željko Pavlin, would be to Iraq. The VHS-2 will be felt not some automatic rifle competitions in countries in Europe and beyond. He also stressed that the construction of VHS-1 a very learned a lot. Thus, the major export success with a series of pistols HS add rifle VHS-second."
There are two top rail options. The one Iraqi military purchased use the flat top, not the optic top. These rifles were likely owned by Iraqi forces before they were captured
These are the original Military VHS2 magazines by HS Product. They are similar to AUG or G36 mags in that they are straight in designs that lock at the back of the mag with a lever. They are however proprietary.
Due to the modular magwell design of the VHS2/Hellion other ones are available / were developed. The VHS2 was in the French trials to replace the FAMAS, and those trials models came with a FAMAS magwell to use existing magazine stock.
For the civilian market the rifle is generally sold with the STANAG magwell to use readily available AR15 magazines.
In Europe it actually comes with both a STANAG magwell as well as a shortened version of the military VHS2 magwell. It's shortened to make it work with 10 round magazines, as they are too short to fit into the regular military magwell.
I still have the magwell and 10 round magazine that came with mine. Never used it, since I already had a stock of STANAG magazines.
In short, unless you can somehow smuggle the military magwell and 30 round magazines that fell of a truck to where you are, these are unobtainium. They are not sold on the civilian market.
