Yes. Burn rate on the powder is faster in the semi-auto loads.
This IMO is one of CCI's worst offerings. I've never had their subsonic hollow points expand and they group considerably worse than round nose. Good luck getting these to cycle an unsuppressed semi-auto pistol; everything has to be clean clean clean so... expect maybe 30 rounds before the fun stops. Honestly couldn't ever get a full mag through my walther P22 or ruger MKIV. On top of that, dirtier than usual IMO and certainly in the pistols - it's a f'n mess.

Personal experience with my form 1 can on my CMMG, they feed fine but I get failure to eject often and they do absolutely group like shit compared to the regular target subsonics.
