What's the best way to dismantle and sell components from my former PC?

Hi all, just got a new rig, and now I need to do something with the previous one. I've got 2x GTX1080, 2x16GB DDR4, the AIO (something corsair can't remember specifically), the CPU is an intel i7 something, basically everything is from 2016 except the PSU. Is it best to sell the PC as is, fully working as a complete build or dig everything out and sell as individual components? Any advice much appreciated, particularly for the safe removing of parts!
