They’re gassier and more strongly loaded powder wise compared to most subs I shoot. If your gun is undergassed and has issues feeding other mid/weaker subs, I have no doubt it’ll eat Federal 220s.

Pretty decent price nowadays. Used to find this at academy in stores all the time pre-pandemic for like $15/box which is basically what it’s at now here. Not the cleanest stuff in the world but goes bang, good for a range but lots of buildup on my can.
