They actually got back to me like an hour after I made the post. Told me the order wasn’t cancelled but wasn’t shipped yet. Didn’t tell me if it was going to ship, didn’t tell me they were waiting on more ammo to come in, nothing. Just a very generic response. Interestingly, I was looking at my card statement and it looks like they didn’t actually charge me yet. So if this ends up being canceled, I guess it’s fine. Still a pretty poor experience overall. Was thinking about getting an M1 from them but not anymore lol.

CMP is definitely legit, but yeah i have a feeling that someone is going to return to work Monday and have a REALLY rough day! It still shows that same inventory, and with it crashing multiple times you would think they would have just turned it out of stock until they could sort everything out. Tried twice last night and got the error, credit card got charged but no receipt. Tried again this morning and it went through with a confirmation email. I think I only want one case...I suspect CMP is going to take a while to sort this out.
It'd been a while since I logged into the eStore and my info was screwed up, they had my account with my last name as my first name and my middle name as my last name. So they're going through some stuff. CMP is good people but their processes often strike me as...somewhat obsolete. Like everything is being run by earnest pot-bellied gray-haired Alabamian retired NCOs who got out of the Army shortly after the arrival of the internet.

Owning an FNX45 Tac myself... The shit quality plastic they're made of disqualifies them from being anywhere close to the best. I love/hate mine, as it's a great can host, but my god the frame plastic is just way too thin or low quality. They say it was fixed in later guns, but I have a serial in the 8k, and can easily flex the magwell, even without sitting in Texas heat like the article below.

Yeah mine has some flex in the magwell without a mag but nothing as to affect the operation of it. but i never not have a mag sitting in it and i also live in a colder climate. Serial number in the lower (200,000) area. But i think the capability of 15rd mags alone make it a top contender for one of the better 45’s out there.

Whatever you do, don't buy from Fargo Ballistics. I ordered 2000 rounds of 9mm from them at a great price $365 with shipping like 2 weeks ago. I saw an email midweek about hundreds of orders that they sent 2ay less than purchased. Now I just received an email that they canceled my order because supposedly they say their merchant account got blocked yet in the same email stated they don't have the ammo I ordered even in stock. Buyer Beware!!

I've ordered .45 twice this month and both times the orders got cancelled because "it's on backorder". Not from Fargo Ballistics but I think recently either due to the tariffs and material costs or SOMETHING, prices have gone up. Many sellers are drop shippers and they list an old price thats lower than their cost to acquire the product. Once they go to order they find out they're losing money since the cost has gone up and they cancel your order.
It's frustrating, especially if it takes them multiple weeks to refund you. But what you describe has been going on at a lot of places lately. I don't think it's malicious.

Just ordered no problem. Bank will have it as pending so it's not real yet. It will drop off. Confirm with retailer and try ordering again. You didn't get a purchase email so 99.99% it didn't go through and the pending charge will drop.

That's not a problem with comps or suppressors. The misconception comes from the recent trend of nearly every handgun manufacturer putting ports on their handgun and calling it the "Comp" model (looking at you S&W especially).
