Damn I have mine coming in the mail tomorrow… idk if I should send it back or not

It's a lot of fun
BdayEvryDay@reddit
So it’s doing well for you? It’s safe?
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
Yeah my family loves it. Its quick, rides well, brakes well. The lack of a UL certification is the only real issue.
BdayEvryDay@reddit
Then I guess I’ll take the risk and keep it! Thanks

Enjoy it!

Been ripping on it all afternoon man this thing is torqy! I wheelie and stoppied it and burned out the tires a bit to grip better. Haha this thing is fun! I did tie a pool noodle to the seat to get more cushion cause this seat is complete trash! Other than that it’s an easy fix and was rolling comfy all day! Let’s goooo

It's such a blast. For the seat if you sit further back it's not bad.

do you think that the bike feels cheap? Thats the #1 concern ive been seing regarding the bike.

They have a poor support staff and do not honor their 15 day trial period. They also capture you in their return policy requiring original box and packaging.
Who keeps a large cardboard box and tie wraps for 15 days.?
imadiseaseispread@reddit
thanks for relaying that information anybody who wants to return it's going to keep the big ass box for 15 days....
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
What happened? Regarding sending it back if necessary, how else would you send it if you don't have the box? I review a lot of e-bikes and keep the massive boxes for around a month or so just to be safe.

I guess I was a little nieve, thinking that I bought it through Walmartthat I could get approved to return it to Walmart. I had done that with another product.
The website Qrouge or Walmart is not very specific.
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
Was it Qronge through Walmart or Walmart was the retailer? If Walmart was the retailer, I would think you could return it to them.
Embarrassed-Tie7007@reddit
Qronge through Walmart.
Walmart lists this item to contact the seller for returns.
Walmart does not have any Qronge ebikes for sale from the Walmart ensure any longer.
Independent-Watch-34@reddit
Why did you return it? I just bought from Walmart also, so just curious.
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
Oh gotcha. Yeah that doesn't surprise me they wouldn't be selling them direct. Sorry you haven't had a good experience.
butterslut6969@reddit
Did you order it on Amazon?
Nightflyer5150@reddit
Thanks for the review !!!
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
Sure thing!

Respect for putting the problem up front that it lacks a UL certification up front but at this juncture any BEV without UL is going to be a hard pill to swallow. Especially now during homeowners insurance renewal season.
JeffTechnically@reddit (OP)
Yeah it's unfortunate that it can be so solid, but miss a very important safety aspect. I'd pay $250 more to know it's safe.

Review of the Qronge X1 Spark electric dirt bike. Overall I like it, though I am pretty big for it (this is their M version which I got for my son to use, but they have an L version that would fit me better). It has great power, solid brakes, decent suspension travel, and works well in general. That said, the seat could be more comfortable and it does not have a UL certification, which is unfortunate. I didn't get to do any serious off roading or jumps with it, so I can't speak to that piece, but for the price, I'm happy with it though for just casual fun for the family.
