Lem1618@reddit
Awesome.
Reminds mf the guys that build an of road lambo.
Sinocatk@reddit
You mean Lamborghini? The LM002?
EEL123@reddit (OP)
By the way grind hard plumbing Co is a premium channel!
They're always building outlandish stuff. And they put their builds to the test with some thrashing. Not like a lot of YouTube channels that build something wild that barely runs / falls apart in a gentle breeze.
This thing already has a cage + engine installed, can't wait to see progress. The clutch / trans setup is super tricky because it needs to fit in a tight mid-engine compartment.
Didn't intend to make this post a promotion for them, haha. I genuinely just love their work.
boostedmike1@reddit
Is that you Edwin ???
EEL123@reddit (OP)
No just a fan! Haha

I loved the monster bike so much, so creative and cool !
This ferrari is gonna be very interesting as well
It is also not gonna be as low as this
EEL123@reddit (OP)
Yeah the monster bike is a work of art! Really incredible to see how much Ethan has progressed in fabrication ability
consensualracism@reddit
They also have a podcast called Sent and Bent
clowns_skin@reddit
I see what you did there. It’s was a premium use of words.
EEL123@reddit (OP)
Easter egg for people who watch ;)
totallybag@reddit
And for anyone not aware this is hoovies old Ferrari that burnt.
Plane-Education4750@reddit
Really? Hell yeah. Now it'll just be broken all the time
GeniusEE@reddit
how pathetic
EEL123@reddit (OP)
How so?
GeniusEE@reddit
Dude, if you want a John Deere, buy one.
EEL123@reddit (OP)
That's no fun. If you want a one of a kind machine, you build it yourself.
KdF-wagen@reddit
Should put a 471 Detroit in it.

Ferrari F350 Superduty
AbsolutelyB4sturd@reddit
Needs a two stroke Detroit 👌
Seeker80@reddit
Can't wait to see how much Ferrari cries over this one.

They don’t typically care about people modifying the cars, but they’re quite litigious when it comes to their branding. Probably the most famous Ferrari C&D was when Deadmau5 rebadged his car as a “Purrari”. The issue wasn’t that he modified the car, but that he created derivative branding and put it up for sale.
Seeker80@reddit
Yeah, Deadmau5 was definitely the most noteworthy example. For some reason, I thought maybe they weren't happy with the person who did the Honda K24 swap as well.
unhh@reddit
Nah, Mike hasn’t had any legal issues with Ferrari. He’s now building a tube chassis F40 using real body panels. He just doesn’t call it a Ferrari.
two40zieks7@reddit
I kinda hope some people at ferrari will actually like his build !
It should be worth their attention for sure imo
BoliverSlingnasty@reddit
When finished, they will have made it 10 minutes more reliable.
Jimmy_Squarefoot@reddit
A friend has a v10 tdi Touareg. It's the biggest pain in the ass ive5wvwr dealt with
nochinzilch@reddit
Not gonna lie, a v10 diesel sounds sexy as hell.
Jimmy_Squarefoot@reddit
It sounds good, though sexy isnt the word i'd use to describe it
duncan999007@reddit
I absolutely love mine. Maybe I won the VW lottery or something but it’s been 100% reliable over 30K miles so far
Jimmy_Squarefoot@reddit
I'm glad you've had a good experience. My friend's is an electronic nightmare!
ThirteenMatt@reddit
Having recently watched AutoAlex's videos where Taylor works on his V10 Touareg, they're even more of a nightmare to work on then I was expecting.
Even once the engine is out of the car access is somehow limited.
dphoenix1@reddit
The ridiculous packaging they had to do to make that engine fit is insane... Piëch’s demands were next-level back when this powertrain was in development. I particularly like how some of the accessories are driven off of the timing system on the rear of the engine.
At least it’s all gear driven, so there aren’t any chains/guides to worry about. For once.
NaGaBa@reddit
It's not just that engine. I have the Audi 4.2 V8 in my Touareg. My God I love that thing but the only thing with a belt is the alternator.... Which is water cooled. Every other accessory is gear driven and buried somewhere in the depths
Czeslaw_Meyer@reddit
It's certainly hard to make it worse when going up in flames is expected
Ange1ofD4rkness@reddit
This is one of those skills I wish I had. As this always fascinates me, and feels there's always a new project to do, new things to learn, etc
AttorneyOk4808@reddit
Should use the VAG V12 diesel instead, its a bit more in keeping with the ferrari!
Streamvolt@reddit
before everything quits, haha
bojangler69420@reddit
lol damn that’s awesome
Ill_fix_u@reddit
Eh.. V10 VW MOTOR.. NOPE... as a mechanic, I shudder at just the thought of this...
ProfStorm@reddit
That ferrari has quite the youtuber bodycount.
das_klinge@reddit
