Yea they actually suck ordered a rail kit been a week no update sent me back and forth between there customer support and usps was told the company is lying and haven’t sent the package company claimed carrier was lying an they mailed the package same day I ordered it not sure which is true but I won’t ever order from them again after this

They’re not a shipping company, they package orders and they go in a PILE to be picked up by the shipper I.e USPS. They don’t come daily. They come once MAYBE twice a week. An item “ships” when the label is slapped on. Doesn’t mean USPS received it yet.
Critical thinking isn’t that hard, hopefully you didn’t get your package, clearly do not need to be building firearms.

That would just be USPS, depending on your location I noticed they are iffy with duplexes and what not and some mailman's are just new/not familiar with route or just flat out ignorant and lazy but mine always makes sure I'm there to sign off on all my shit so it's not a problem for me.
I used them to buy AR lowers and finish them due to a law in my state that made it difficult to buy complete ones when I was under 21.
I buy other guns at FFL's too, so the anonymity isn't a concern of mine.
I do enjoy DIY gun making, but AR's just aren't that interesting to me anymore now that I have a couple, so my projects have been more up the sarco/numrich/apex/NFA side of gun projects.
PSA has cheap complete lowers if you can go through an FFL
If you have some reason you can't go through an FFL like I had when I was under 21, then I'd recommend 3d printing. I didn't put enough rounds through my ARs in the window where I couldn't get a better one where a 3d printed one wouldn't have worked just fine in its place.

Do you know what’s happening to cause the prints to fail? I had a lot of trouble with my nozzle impacting infill. Switched from the default grid to adaptive cubic and haven’t had that problem in a long while. Could also try painting some supports higher up the print to support it at higher layers. I’ve had to do that too on some thinner, taller prints.
If all else fails, you could play around with splitting the print up and putting it back together afterwards. Orca will let you paint connectors on cut models to get everything to line up perfectly.
It’s up to you though. I like docking around with my printer to get random shit to work. I’ll grant that just buying a 80% lower would be a lot more straightforward if you have the means to mill it out.

If you just want an AR, buy a completed lower or 3D print. Both of those options will save you time and money.
in my opinion the only reason to do an 80% is if you want to machine it for the sake of machining it. Which is valid too.
Just trying to share my experience so you can make the best choice for yourself.

For a little more than what they charge, you can buy a 3d printer and just print your own. No need to mill them out or anything.
You can also print other.. fun.. things with it. Things that make you laugh a little, you know, “giggle”.
