The only thing that's keeping me away from using fish personally is their lack of implicit cd without trailing slashes. On zsh, I'm able to just write Downloads to head to the Downloads folder. I can even tab complete to "Downloads". In fish, you need the trailing slash for it to recognize it as an option: Downloads/ Which quickly gets a bit annoying to me, especially on a Swedish keyboard layout where slash is Shift+7. [They have discussed it previously, but didn't seem too keen to add it as an option](https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/issues/22)

People (including me) frequently write somewhat complex oneliners, and reuse them with some editing. So in those cases it's good to be able to edit comfortably.
