Looking for 4-8gb gpu, office work

Hello, I currently use an older 5700XT in my office computer and I believe it's dying. As I work, for the last few days now, it's often shutting down completely, I lose all display "NO HDMI SIGNAL DETECTED" on both monitors at the same time. If I don't reboot immediately, the computer stops working entirely, the CPU fans stops spinning and I have to shut down the power switch on the PSU before rebooting the computer so it'll restart. It's trying my patience ;-) I don't game on this computer, but I need 2 HDMI ports. DVI to HDMI adaptors won't work with these monitors, the computer won't boot at all half the time. I can't use the motherboard's integrated adapter for this reason. So, I'm trying to find something decent, 4-8gb range. 4gb is enough actually, will never use 8gb on this. I still need to display some technical drawings on PDF and CAD sometimes. I use Windows 11, will likely use only Windows OS on this computer, so something that still has Windows drivers and isn't likely to lose them soon is important. I was aiming for a 250$CDN budget, obviously don't mind buying used. Lower is better, obviously, as long as it fits my criterias. I don't really know what to look for budget computers like that and I've no idea about the state of drivers for older products, especially for Nvidia products. I've looked at the 3050, but used is the same price as new on Ebay. Thanks for the help.
