Guake vs Native Terminal vs Others?

I've been using Guake ([https://github.com/Guake/guake](https://github.com/Guake/guake)) for a really long time. I just did a clean install of Pop\_OS and was wondering if I've missed something better along the way. Things I love about Guake: 1. Just tap a key (F12 is default) to drop down the terminal 2. Ability to create multiple tabs for different terms 3. Customizable transparency - I set it so I can see text 'behind' the terminal Is there another term emulator out there I should have a look at?
