What is your opinion in pubs in 2026?

I (30F) work in London in a chain pub (not doing service) but in head office and let's say that I don't agree with the constant price increases and some other business decisions. We are talking about over £3 increase for a bottle of wine at times from one day to another. And let's not forget the food as a simple burger or fish and chips is almost £24.00 (plain price on the menu). I can see the greed and it's frustrating.. I also want to make it clear that I can't afford to drink (pints are way over £7.50) or eat there What is your opinion of pubs these days? Can you afford to go? Do you still enjoy the atmosphere? I'm also interested to know your age as this will influence your opinion!
