Is it bad to refuse to take anymore of the neighbours parcels?

For context I have children and in a fairly small house. My hallway is tiny and full of school stuff. The postman and couriers bring parcels to my house to hold for neighbours that are out multiple times a week. Sometimes large parcels. Sometimes multiple a day. I can count how many times a neighbour has taken in a parcel for me in the last 10 years on one hand. It’s been this way for years, and become assumed now to leave things with me without asking or any apologies that they missed the courier. It’s starting to get on my nerves… one neighbour, super nice and it happens infrequently so I don’t mind. Another neighbour, superficially nice but just wants favours constantly (not just the post) with absolutely no reciprocation. Am I rude to refuse to take in neighbours parcels anymore?
