Is it bad to refuse to take anymore of the neighbours parcels?

We had the same problem when new neighbours moved in. They were having stuff delivered to our house bc my husband works shifts and nights and I wfh 4 days a week. We had a whole hot tub setup left on our doorstep, a whole set of suitcases that filled the hall and were a Pita (they didn't collect them for 3 days). The tipping point was when I had a hospital appointment and they parked a van across my driveway. When I went out to ask them to move it, I got a mouthful of abuse. After we'd been taking in all their crap for weeks. I had to pay for a taxi to the hospital because my car was blocked in. A few days later a delivery van turned up from a hardware shop (Wickes IIRC) with a delivery of doors for them. He started unloading them onto my driveway and carrying them down. When he knocked on the door he told me they'd put us down as the 'redirect address'. I told him I wasn't taking the delivery. He got angry and told me to just let him put them in my hall. I refused the delivery and he had to load them a back on his truck. I've refused to take another parcel for them ever since. Our other neighbours are no problem. We take each other's parcels from time to time. It's infrequent and we're happy to be neighbourly, but the other side were taking the absolute piss and then to get abusive when they were blocking a dropped kerb and still expecting me to take their stuff was a step too far.
