Looking at flights from Boston to Frankfurt in July. Anyone flown Condor?

It is the cheapest direct flight I can find (traveling with a child) but haven't heard of the airline before.

They are getting brand new planes rn that look great. I am flying them in biz this summer ( alaska miles redemption ) and looking forward to it.

Just returned from trip to Croatia with legs from Boston to Frankfurt. If you get a great price it’s fine. Don’t expect much service. Food is meh. Bring a water bottle. Take it to the galley and the flight attendant will fill it for you but they’ll only come 2-3 times for actual service. IMO don’t pay for overhead bin reservation. They did nothing to actually reserve space for us on the one person we did that for. People had shit in it and the flight attendants were like reserved bin? What’s that? So we just shoved it in with the other stuff and moved on. Just don’t do it. Waste of $15. Don’t upgrade legroom if you want to use under seat storage bc you might get row in bulkhead. Otherwise that was worth it imo for overnight. Upgrade for back to us? Nah, skip it. One side of plane near back left has huge bathroom and rest are tiny. Find it - it’s worth it.

I am now beginning to discover why Condor has such a dismal rep.
I haven't even flown yet, and my stomach is tight with stress and uncertainty of a largely unrefundable, planned itinerary; and it is simply Condor's website. It is largely unfunctional.

This was my worst travel experience ever. I left LGA on a one way flight to Munich, and my 2 suit cases were lost during transit. I did not receive my luggage for 2 weeks, and the customer support for Condor was horrible, and extremely non compassionate during the experience. Customer support acted as if they did not want to help me, and made me go in circles for several days before the situation was resolved. It's safe to say I will never book Condor Airline again.
