Lost my muscle memory

My husband asked me while we were waiting for food at the diner if I used to draw that S in elementary school. Who didn't in the '80s and '90s? So we both tried our hand at it on the placemat and failed miserably. Apparently, we lack the muscle memory. His looked like a strange railroad logo and mine a roadkill snake. Took me three tries to remember how to do it correctly.
