I run some locally. If you mean Stable diffusion, Yes you are right, but then you'll have to make loras to deep fake people. Celebs, easy, but i don't see anyone taking the time to make loras of regular people (I know im prob underestimating people's gooning). Other shit like Qwen, it can show boobs, but that is as far as it can go. Its censored as well as Z-Image. Least to my knowledge.

In the video he's likely using wan 2.2 animate, you just take an image of a target and you can replace yourself with that target. Out of the box wan 2.2 doesn't really do NSFW, but there's hundreds of loras which add the ability for that in. As for qwen, there are nsfw versions of their image edit models, which can allow you to just take an input image of a person and remove their clothes. Along with NSFW loras for the base models as well. It's relatively easy to train a NSFW lora for any given model, if the weights can be downloaded somebody will do it. Been true for every model so far and I don't imagine it stopping in the future. Base stable diffusion didn't really do NSFW, but then people trained it and now it's the most popular nsfw model
