Epomaker TH108 vs TH99

As my hunt for a silent keyboard continues a lot of people recommended a TH108 but I stumbled upon the TH99 which is smaller and cheaper is it a good keyboard? Is epomaker a good brand?

I wouldn't say that the epomaker th99 is silent though, if that's what you're truly going for.
I'm trying to find a cheaper option to keep at home for rare WFH days, I can't justify the price hike from when I bought it last year for once or twice a month use, but I want the same sound.

Epomaker TH99 is a wonderful keyboard; I've couple of them --- one for office and other for home 😄

I ordered the TH99. It was good for a month, then the keys stopped working intermittently (using the dongle and wired). I am now using the TH108, hoping for better results. I do not want to clean and lube a keyboard every month. I only use to type when working from home. I use clean hands and its 4 days a week.

Is the TH108 still good now?

Epomaker is a larger entry level brand. You can buy any full-aluminum keyboard and hotswap the switches for silent or silent tactile, whatever you want. I build keyboards all the time. Entry level to the higher end is a kit by Meletrix called the Zoom 98 SE and once you build it you buy your own switches and keycaps. It's a nice, heavy, quality keyboard. You can even use silent switches with a rubber gasket so there no noise at all.

See I’ve got an apex pro TKL right now it’s a very good keyboard and I have no issues with it other than the fact that it’s loud and bothers my wife at night. I had an RK61 in the past which was heavily modded which I gave away honestly not sure where to go I don’t wanna spend too much as I’ve recently upgraded my PC so the £71.99 epomaker seemed like a good idea
