Experience traveling with wireless mouse and controller needed

Don't know where else to ask this. I am confused about the rulings on these. I have a wireless mouse and controller I need to take with me, and would like to put them in CHECKED baggage because of weight concerns. I've seen that pretty clearly you can take them on board, but it's muddy with Checked baggage. This is an international flight through Qatar. Now, they both have fixed battery. Mouse has a Lithium-Polymer battery of just 0.9Wh and can be turned off completely, so I found that should be fine. The controller is a PS5 controller, and afaik that can't be switched off? It doesn't have a button. Do you have experience traveling with these in checked baggage? What would you recommend?
