I had to kill some time in Montreal and the public library had an EV charger for my car and keyboards with headphones to play. It was awesome.

This is a thing in some libraries now. They increasingly have a variety of things you can check out, including instruments, tools etc.

The Kitchener Public Library [instrument library](https://www.kpl.org/things-to-check-out/musical-instruments) . You don’t even have to live in Kitchener to get a free library card and loan privileges, as long as you live in a nearby community. No late fees either.
