For people who want to take nudie pics but are paranoid, and for people who want to experience the physical manifestation of how fleeting and fragile a moment and it's memory is.

Maybe not as good, or maybe better. You could make an app that will take pictures, but automatically delete them after a preset time

This would be a cool art installation at a museum/gallery. It takes a picture of the patrons, prints it, and shreds it right in front of them.

Perhaps only have the camera shred the image once the next image is taken, with the photo visible in the meantime. With each shot you must decide if taking a new image is worth destroying the previous one.
