Where to watch Top Gear specials?

I’ve noticed that the Top Gear specials on Amazon are no longer available, is there a way to watch them? VPN location maybe?

Yeah I get a tv license prompt but you just say you have one and it doesn’t do any checks

They're all on iPlayer in the UK, so VPN if you have to and go there

Does not work with Surfshark VPN for some reason. Even when on UK IP it knows that I am using a VPN and cannot verify that I am actually there so I still could not watch it from the PH. I guess I'll just sail the seas for me booty!
