Best way to switch between 2 desk monitors and a TV in Windows 11?

I have my gaming PC at my desk connected to two 1440p monitors. I also an HDMI cable run to an adjacent room to my 4k TV (technically to my AVR). I'll occasionally game on the 4k TV with a controller but I'm looking for a easy way to transition to the TV from the monitors while I'm not in the office.
My current process involves only using one monitor and a wireless keyboard to toggle between display profiles until the TV turns on. Just using Windows + P to switch to the secondary display.
I'd like to use both monitors when I'm at the desk but have a similar workflow for switching to the TV, is there some kind of solution that would solve this that I'm overlooking? Can I have both monitors mapped to primary monitor or extend and then keep the TV as the secondary display?

I'm trying to do the same thing. I think we would need some software to switch between display presets.
I also wanted to switch between audio outputs.

Display Fusion was the only solution I really found that fit my needs. I would imagine it switches the audio, as well. My audio would automatically adjust between headphones (desk monitors) to my home theater AVR system (TV) when I would switch profiles. I never set it up to do that, just defaulted that way.
