Help getting crash error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (OxEF)

Just completed my new build a week ago. Everything was fine until I turned on Secure Boot (was going to play Battlefield 6) then it started happening. Turned it off and the problem persisted. Can’t seem what’s causing it to crash. Will crash almost instantly upon boot or will be fine for a bit then crashes again. I already reinstalled windows twice and still no luck. Any help will be appreciated!

In case anybody comes across this with the same issue at some point….
Turns out my SSD (WD BLACK SN770 2TB NVMe) needed a new firmware update. After doing some research, I read somewhere someone with the same issue had their problem resolved doing so.
Upon looking into it, apparently after Windows update 24H2, these SSDs were known for causing this issue. I have 25H2 so when I checked the SSD’s firmware version, I was still on the one that was known for causing crashes. Downloaded the ScanDisk Dashboard and applied the new update to the SSD, and my problem has since gone away. Hope this helps somebody in the future.

Dear Random person on the Internet, I've had the issue for almost 2 months. Tried reinstalls, backups, dism.exe, sfc, disabling hyper v, repair install, everything there is. Now I've found your post. I almost cried and laughed at the simplicity of the problem. Not even once I've found it mentioned in any Microsoft help forums or YouTube videos. I thought I had to buy new components and transfer all the data. You, random person, are a go send, and a hero. I can't wrap it in words how relieved I am you posted this . With kind regards, a fellow random

Is the boot mode set to UEFI and not legacy? That could be a potential cause.

I had the same problem and replacing the RAM solved it.
