Love this, but hate the new packaging, as per the photo above. It doesn't seal tight now, which is probably why it says it has to be eaten in 10 days after opening - the old packaging was a tight lid (which meant they made handy storage pots) and it would keep for 20 days after opening.

Exactly! Personally I liked to chop a loaf up into 5cm cubes and then smother with strong garlic butter and air fry, throw some cheese on there for the last few mins. Or make Latvian garlic bread - they serve it in all the bars there and it is AMAZING. Soak slices of rye bread in garlic oil, then fry, slice into “soldiers” and dip in garlic aioli. Cheese optional but recommended.

Yes! "Accidentally" been there for every meal over 3 days one holiday. I make garlic sauerkraut and it's amazingly garlic - white cabbage, couple of carrots, and half a clove of garlic, shred and chop, mix with 2.5% salt, press into a fermentation jar, and after a couple or three weeks you have this crunchy garlicky wonderful stuff you can add to almost any meal - I like it best on pizza.

TK Maxx had some garlic chip things recently which were literally just dried and sliced cloves of garlic, absolutely delicious. Pure garlic!! In a resealable bag and all. Travel back 30 years and get hold of some Mignons Morceaux by Phileas Fogg. Crispy little fried bread pieces with an overwhelming sweet/salty garlic flavour. If they still make them today I would probably be dead by now. They predated the traffic light ratings, but I'm pretty sure they'd have been heart attack red in every category.

I find the cheaper the frozen garlic baguette, the longer the garlic breath lingers. So that if you’re wanting garlicky intensity and longevity. If you’re wanting garlic in a more snarky format, there’s these delicious garlic flavoured crisps called “brets” in aïoli flavour. I know you specified in the UK, and they’re technically french but you can sometimes get them in delis if you keep an eye out and I’m pretty sure you can get them on online.

This is a book by the owner of a Michelin recommended Indian restaurant in Leeds. One of the recipes is a 100 garlic clove curry. I’ve made it and it’s actually very nice, although it takes a long time to peel so much garlic. Safeway (showing my age here) used to do something called garlic bread bites which I loved. Later asda did something similar but called them croutons. They were discontinued sadly but I again found a similar product at waitrose (not somewhere I normally shop so made a special trip). However again discontinued and I've never been able to track down anything similar. They were like small pieces of fried bread, super garlicy and delicious.
