I intend to use it on the simulator, then in my flying lessons if can make it work.

I've used iFly and fDeck, which work great for moving map and ADSB in, but I need checklists, notepad, and airport diagrams. E6B would be nice as well.

For Checklist, Notepads and Airport diagrams, I recommend [https://kneeboard.ga](https://kneeboard.ga) . It's a different approach but it works great.

I used a folder for a long time. Never used a case so I cant help you there. I just put it in the seat next to me when I wasnt referencing it. Like I do with an ipad. I do have it attached to me I just look at It when I need to, and put it away after that.

Get a pivot case and a suction cup, knee ipad is shit imo, what are you gonna write on?
