Free microwave usage on road trip in the US?

Hey everyone. I’m driving Detroit to Atlanta on my own dime and cooked a few small meals to keep in a cooler. It’s fine to eat cold, but warm is much preferred. Has anyone heard of any place (like a gas station chain or rest stop) that would have a microwave and not mind me using it?

Never heard of Racetracs but yeah maybe a Loves would be more open to it. Thanks.

Funny. Never heard of Loves but I’ve always managed to live near a RaceTrac my entire life.

I am genuinely trying to remember if I ever personally commented this. And if so was I trolling? In what context. Lastly, what rabbit hole are you going down atm 😂?

In short, not Sheetz, not Love's Travel Stops. The question was "where"? All your answers are totally dumb. To spell it out, you're going to have to get really creative at a 7-Eleven or somewhere because nobody wants you to be comfortable in the US anymore. It's all about profits. Riches like God. Thank you for your ignorant suggestions and totally avoiding the question.

Not me. There's no gas stations nearby, and 7-11s removed their microwaves now..

Most gas stations and convenient stores are generally cool with microwave use

Have you tried? I feel like a pain in the ass asking the worker lol but I guess the worst that could happen is “no”

Better to ask forgiveness than permission.
