Completely agree. The sub has to abide by the Dude’s pronouncements by default, but I love the Eagles and can’t stand Tom Waits. I feel like his music is popular among depressives and drunks.

Oh yeah, forgot about those. He’s in a couple older movies as well. Down by Law (i think?), which has some of his music in it, is set in New Orleans, and I really enjoyed it. another one about an old music club (the cotton club).
