Is it worth getting varifocal contact lenses?

I switched about eight months ago. I was warned it would take days to get used to them but tbh it was a few hours.  Some people get headaches from them - I noticed a very very mild headache, barely perceptible, for a couple of weeks and that was it. They work differently to varifocal glasses - those have sections for each prescription with distance at the top and close at the bottom, and your eyes move to look through one or the other.   The contact lenses have the different prescriptions in alternating concentric rings so your brain is basically getting several “versions” at once, and quickly learns to edit the “signal” so that it makes sense - basically tuning into one “version”. The only thing I struggled with was driving at night - the old brain struggled with distance perception in that environment of headlights, streetlights and traffic lights. I had to avoid doing that in my lenses until I’d had plenty of time walking at night for the brain to figure out how to “tune in”.
