Acer nitro N50-610 power supply

Hi,
I own an Acer Nitro 50 N50-610 with i5-10400F and GTX 1650.
I’m planning a GPU upgrade and I need to know exactly what power supply and GPU power connectors this model has.
The PSU is covered by a shroud and Acer’s official specs don’t list the PCIe cables.
Can anyone with the N50-610 confirm:
• PSU wattage (500W?)
• Does it have PCIe 6-pin or 6+2 (8-pin) connector for GPU?
• Is it proprietary or standard ATX?
I want to know if GPUs requiring an 8-pin connector (like RTX 3060 / RTX 4060 / RTX 5060) are supported without replacing the PSU.
Thanks in advance!

Did you end up upgrading to the 5060? Did it work out? Any issues?

+1 curious

I ended up doing the upgrade. No issues beyond my CPU now being the bottleneck.
I did end up upgrading the cooling too, intake fan on the front behind the cover and a side mounted one on the cover/grate
When I was installing everything, I removed the HDD cage to improve airflow.

What plug did you plug into the GPU? Did you use the factory Acer PSU

Yes, it had the plugs required on mine. I'd double check on yours but it had the 6+2 plug I needed

Hey! I have the same model, and yeah, i can confirm it's a 500w PSU with a 6+2 PCIe connector
