Sudokoo SK700 cooler RGB fan swap?

I recently got a Sudokoo SK700 for my Ryzen 5 5600x (with the AM4/other mounting kit since I'm planning on upgrading to AM5 later) to replace the old AMD wraith cooler I was using ever since it started getting noisy. I kinda miss the RGB and was thinking of swapping the fan on the SK700 with one that had ARGB. The mounting rail on the cooler supports 120mm fans so it seems feasible.
Arctic P12 Pro ARGB seems like a good option but I'm not sure if airflow performance or static pressure would be better or at least equivalent...
Any other recommendations or am I asking too much?

Update:
Got the Arctic P12 pro ARGB, looks fine and matches the design of the SK700. I have no scientific way of quantifying this but the P12 pro does sound slightly louder than the stock fan but i think it's just a different sound profile. Temps remain the same overall.
Two issues I had with the setup was with the fan's rgb color being ever so slightly tinted blue-purple compared to my other RGB lights. The cable was also WAYYY too long for a cooler fan so I needed to tuck it into crevasses.
This is the result

Do you know the thickness of the 120mm fan? I'm tempted to do that as well, though with maybe stronger noctua fan

It's a standard 120mm x 25mm fan, the Noctua NF A12X25 G2 might be my next swap whenever the chromax black edition releases. You can also do a 30mm if performance is all you need.
I mentioned in another comment that the Phanteks T30s are also a good contender, but you can also just convert the "SK700" to the "SK700 Mach" by installing any 30mm thick fan.

I tried it, the 30mm fan doesnt fit in the standard sk700v

Idk man I even drilled bigger hole in the L rail, but when you try to slide it in, it forces its way in and fucks everything. Also it gets tilted and cant fit in right. Dont do it.

Oh okay that seems very bleak... I'll see if there's any differences in the standard sk700 and the 30mm one first then... Sorry for your loss, soldier
Pumpkin_pie_zzz@reddit
You do that, apparently there is a special sk700 and sk700 mach editions, so id look into that. But thanks, good luck to you as soldier…

What fan are you using? I'm using the Mach fan and it fit the cooler
Pumpkin_pie_zzz@reddit
Weird, im using the mach 120mm

What screws are you using? You can't use the screws that came with the mach fan. It's too long by just a bit. You have to use the screws that came with the cooler's fan.

Why didnt dumb me think of this, i never knew the grey plastic thing was removable xD I removed it and now it fits
amd098@reddit
Haha glad it worked out for you!

I tried, as funny as it sounds ill try to explain, when I line up the mach 120 fan with the rail, the rail isnt long enough for me to put any kind of screw through. The rail is literally 0.5cm short of the holes to put screw in

Thanks!

Good plan. Pick the static pressure fan for air coolers or radiators. The airflow fans are for case intake/exhaust.

I saw another reply on a similar post that Phanteks T30s with phanteks halo frames. Seems like another good option, though unfortunately I bought the white SK700, so having a black fan might look too jarring.
Suitable-Survey-7229@reddit
did you end up swapping it out and is the cooler loud>?

I haven't pulled the teigger on what fan to swap to. But another thing to consider now is the new SK700V MACH edition which has a 30mm thick fan instead of the standard 25mm.
Seems like they just switched the original fan for their Mach 120x30mm fan and made that a new model. Slightly less clearance for RAM because of it, not an issue for me. The Phanteks T30 120 is the alternative I guess...
