I assume FB Marketplace sellers will want to negotiate but what is a reasonable pricing structure? Price at $10,900 and land at $9,500? Price at $9,900 and land at $8,500? Price at $8,900 and land at $7,700? KBB Good range is $8,000-$10,000. Good comps with a decent maintenance history probably are selling at closer to $9,000. What should I expect to get out of the car after negotiations? Car is a 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L. The ad displays like this: 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L in excellent condition! 167k mostly highway miles. Comes with weather tech floor mats. Regular oil changes every 5k miles. Selling because I bought an Accord. I have owned and maintained it for the past 6 years.
