ASUS TUF 4080 HOTSPOT Issue?

I have a ASUS TUF RTX 4080, i have had it since Sept 2023. I never thought anything of this until now with Baldurs gate 3. TLDR: GP USide fans ramp immensely to 3500rpm after i sit at the menu of BG3 for a couple minutes, thoguht it was a fan curve conflict for hours. uninstalled, restarted & reinstalled several Fan software, finally decided to check HWMonitor, i stared at it for a couple minutes. The GPU hot spot hit 110c, GPU hit 65c. few seconds later the ramping began. up and down and up and down repeatedly until i closed the game. I cannot find safe hotspot temps. Does anyone know anything about this? whats safe what isnt etc? \[;ease ;et me know if my GPU is buggered. (no degredation of FPS or Graphic fidelity however during all this).
