Where are we all buying good quality dish towels that actually dry properly?

Looking for high-quality dish towels that actually dry dishes well! Prefer durable, absorbent, quick-drying towels that don’t leave streaks or lint. Any recommendations for brands, materials, or specific products that are worth buying? Thanks!

The BEST dish towels I’ve ever used and own 12 of are from a company called Disch. They are crazy absorbent and don’t get smelly. Love them!

Surely we're all buying tea towels on holiday at National Trust properties or RNLI gift shops that have maps or recipes on. Or is that just me? What would I be without my *how to make a Cornish pasty*, my *lighthouses of Great Britain* or my *map of Welsh castles* tea towels?

If you mean Tea towels, then linen is best. Irish Linen is unbeatable but pricey. Ulster Weavers do great ones. The ‘Glass cloth’ type from Linen Union are also extremely good (the ones that are plain white linen with a colour stripe, like blue or red) Cotton is good too, and I’ve found that ‘vintage’ ones in charity shops are often both great *and* cheap. Avoid the cheap tourist souvenir rubbish. All pure linen and cotton tea towels will improve in absorbency as they get used and washed more.

Go to a specific kitchen equipment supplier, the type of place that supplies to bars and restaurants. The nearest high-street equivalent would appear to be Pro Cook

IKEA Rinnig ones are great. Plain white with 2 red stripes on usually. Thin enough to dry quickly when you hang them up, but great at drying dishes.

Waitrose, Dunelm, Habitat in Sainos. Get a variety of raised flannel and flat weave. Cotton or linen. Need to wash them seperately from anything else and without fabric softener. r/laundry spa day....Bin them when they look stained and minging.
