Just installed an Intel ARC B570, and now my PC won’t POST.

Hi, Yesterday I got myself an Intel ARC B570, upgrading from my GTX 1060, and it was running pretty well for a while. I went to restart my pc, and since then I haven’t been able to turn my pc on properly. When I do power it up, All fans start spinning, but the motherboard doesn’t make any type of beep, no video output, and it doesn’t turn off at all unless i switch off the power supply entirely.
Specs:
Gigabyte B550M DS3H Motherboard
Ryzen 5 4500
2x Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR4 sticks
Sparkle GUARDIAN Intel ARC b570
EVGA 750 BQ Power Supply

This graphics card requires the resize bar setting to be enabled in the bios in order for it to function. Depending on how old the mobo is, that setting might not be available.

Any mobo lights? The colors of the lights?

as far as i can see the mobo doesn’t have any lights :c

Pretty serious.
Have you ever updated your bios for the mobo for your CPU? According to PCPartpicker:
How long have you had your power supply? New or used?

i’ve had the whole pc for a couple of years now, power supply included, only thing that’s new is the arc b570. i have updated the bios, yes tbh i’m not sure if this motherboard even has lights to begin with

Well no mobo lights means it's gonna be hard to identify which problem it's facing and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have an igpu either to test if it's just a gpu issue.
The only thing I can think of is that the power supply somehow gave out or intel arc GPU drivers got screwy. Did you run DDU before switching your video cards? Do you have your old video card to test?
I recommend backing up your storage before doing anything big.

I made sure to use DDU when installing the graphics card, i’ve tested with the old card, and it’s just turned on.

UPDATE ITS ALIVE (for now) maybe it was just the cmos?

Okay, so i had to restart it again and now i’m running into the same issues that i had before. I’m so fucking lost
1Felixyz@reddit
did you get a solution?

Reseat the RAMs.

tried to reseat, tried moving them to different slots, no effect
