Magazine storage?

What do you guys use to store magazines? I've got quite a collection now and keep some of them in a festive tin, some in a 50cal can, some in a range bag. I would like to consolidate, any ideas?

Any chance you can share the STL file?

Thanks. I used to look a lot different when I just used what ever I could get online or had laying around to make due with, pic for reference. Then I stumbled on some stl files and started printing to consolidate it more to make room for the next projects magazines.

Are those pistol mag holders universal or for specific mags?
I'm going to see if I can find the stls. Your setup looks good.

The creator has them marked as beretta92 / cz75 for the ones I printed. But he has others as well. Here is a link to the ones I did and you can check out the other stuff he created. https://www.printables.com/model/191668-beretta-92cz-75-mags-to-slatwall

In a black storage box in the closet.

I have totes full of AR15 mags. Smaller totes with AR15 mags in .22 LR, 6.5 Grendel, 7.62x39, .450 Bushmaster, and .300 Blackout.
Totes for 9mm Glock pattern mags, tote for .45 ACP Glock pattern mags.
Tote full of Ruger 10/22 mags, another full of .45 ACP 1911 mags.
I use Savior brand pistol bags and usually the 10 mags for any given pistol are in that bag with the pistol.
I've been doing end of the year clean up out in the shop and found 20 more Pmags still in the shipping boxes from PSA.

I generally use a steel ammo can for a M–60 for my 7.62 rifles. Like my FN FAL‘s, G–3 and M1A. They hold ten if remember correctly. The resti stack in boxes by type. I also collect all the broken and inoperable magazines from y friends and family. So when someone needs a magazine, I can generally put together 2–3 operable ones from parts. Or if I need a part to repair one, I have it ready. In my gun safe, I have magnets for pistol magazines and a clip that holds six rifles magazine. For ready home defense.

I wanna figure this out. I’m “prepping” for mag bans in the near future and want to be able to store Glock and AR mags so they will be usable in like, 70-100 years and wanna know how

Vacuum sealed, then nothing else matters.

All my pistol mags go in nylon mag pouches that each hold 8-12, then lined up in a closet. Then I just grab whichever one I want that day and I've got 100-200 rounds ready to go. For rifle mags, ammo cans.
TheAddiction2@reddit
20mm ammo can for 556 and mags, can hold a few thousand rounds and/or about 40-50 mags. Fat 50s for 9mm and other smaller stuff and rifle mags. Pencil cases that come in 4 packs in Amazon for pistol mags

In store the ones I don’t regularly use in the large storage Ziploc bags. My more expensive competition mags go in an ammo can with a rubber seal, though they don’t really need to be protected from humidity.

I keep mine in Case club inserts in 50cal cans

For magazines that I use often, I got one of those “shoe organizer” multi-pocket that hang behind the door. Plenty of pockets for each magazine so I can quickly find which one I need for any pistol.

Just wherever makes sense. Most of mine are all labeled and stacked in a shelled out gun case that I upgrade to a larger size.

Right now? In an old powder wooden crate dumped in there.

I just store my rifle mags in common Storage containers. Pistol mags are in stackable hardware trays.
allisayisbeautiful@reddit
Have some under the bed in totes from the container store. Rest are still in their packaging in their shipping boxes. Thanks Obama.
