Hotel advice: AITA?

So I am currently in Greece and booked a honeymoon suite at a hotel. It’s beautiful and modern and has a cave pool. We get to the hotel and they tell us we have been upgraded. We are confused and enter the hotel room and it’s very traditional and old, not at all modern like the picture. The thing is, this suite is technically more expensive so maybe an “upgrade” but it’s also got like 4 beds instead of 1? Anyway we go “what the fuck no where is our room” and the hotel says they’ve given it away because they upgraded us? We have a confirmation directly from them that we were going to get the honeymoon suite. We unfortunately are stuck in Greece with nowhere else to go as it’s now 7pm (we arrived late) and we asked for a refund but the hotel are kicking back. They keep offering us different rooms but none of them look like the one I had booked originally. Does anyone have any advice they can give us?
