Bought it at a good time because they raised the price by almost $400

Noooo!! I had this in my cart to buy after seeing this post and just now checked and the damn thing is over $800! C'mon, I thought this was a Christmas sale! 😭

That's tragic, financing a $500 Turkish pistol. Nothing against tisas, they make very good pistols for their price point. My friend has 2,000 rounds through his with no issues. $500 isn't even that much, you should have just bought it outright, unless you don't have the money and you're buying something you can't afford by financing it. Even someone who did have the money would not bother financing a $500 pistol. It's not like your financing a $3,000 rifle or something. Unless it's a car or something like that, you should never finance it. In most parts of the United states, you need a car, you don't need a Turkish 1911 pistol.

It means he doesn’t want to drop 500$ right this second on a firearm. Sick brag that you’d just pay it. Some of us have other hobbies and other things we pay for as well, so it makes sense to spread it over time. And yes I understand possibly spending a tad more in interest depending on what service you use. But it’s not entirely uneconomical to do this. You’re just trying to have something smug to say.

Aquaticle000@reddit

OP is purchasing firearms with money *he does not have*, he’s putting himself in debt to purchase firearms. You don’t see an issue with that? If I can’t purchase something twice in cash, then I don’t need and I can’t afford it. That’s been my philosophy for quite a few years now but I also have always money and that’s probably why. I don’t use Klarna, I don’t use AfterPay, I don’t use Sezzle, because I don’t need to.

Ke_Ke_Snake@reddit

What? Who said he doesn’t have 1000$ in the bank? You assume a lot. Even if I can spend 2k on a gun, I would still pay it over time. Idk how you don’t get that.

Interesting-Ask-1123@reddit

No, we get *that* you’d do it, we don’t understand *why* you would. Taking on debt always brings risk. It also involves at least a one time hard inquiry on your credit. And promising money in the future when you for sure have it now and don’t know what expense, hardship, or circumstance out of your control might arise in the future seems silly. This is a 10mm 1911 we’re talking about, not a choice between having no car and losing your job because you can’t get to work, and financing a vehicle.
View on Reddit #73736196

Ke_Ke_Snake@reddit

Clearly you don’t understand though. No debt is being taken on in the scenario I described. So idk what you’re talking about.

Rich gun owners truly believe in their hearts they are better people. They unironically call people “poors”. They gatekeep. They are a small vocal minority

Agreed. Elitists.
View on Reddit #73734285

Aquaticle000@reddit

There’s not one singular person who said that. OP is purchasing firearms with money he does not have. That doesn’t sound like a *bad* idea to you? You see not one singular issue with that? If you don’t then you’re part of the problem.

Not only that, but Sezzle does give you extra discounts for using their platform.
View on Reddit #73711062

ShaggyRebel117@reddit

IIRC, only if you use their premium sub. I'll use it for bulk ammo though, $250 every other week vs $1000 now, and cheaper than buying a little at a time makes sense to me. Don't think I'd use it for a gun but I'm not against it either.

I’ll get emails occasionally saying I have like $20 Sezzle Spend to use for Amazon. I’ve never used it, but I might try it

Brother I’m begging you to stop letting corporations trick you into consuming beyond your means. Sezzle for a Turkish 10mm 1911 is wilddddddd.

I agree, but at least it isn’t some shit like Credova

They're okay guns, but seriously, pay that shit asap. Sezzle will absolutely ram some fat interest up your fart box.

Put a buffalo bore 10mm in it and see what happens

It will eat Buffalo Bore all day. Well supported chamber and runs full house 10mm like a champ.

Did you really finance $500 Jesus Christ
View on Reddit #73707908

CFishing@reddit

Financing stuff you *can* pay off is good. Makes your credit score go up when you actually pay it off.
View on Reddit #73733340

Beebjank@reddit

This isn't beneficial to your credit score. Credit companies see someone taking out such a small loan as impulsive and will hinder your credit, not improve it.

Nothing wrong with tisas, but the sezzle is definitely the questionable part.
View on Reddit #73723660

Aquaticle000@reddit

Agreed and we’ve got people in here legitimately defending this action.
View on Reddit #73729295

Larrythegunguy454@reddit

Personally I'm fond of Tisas handguns. To each his own. I have never used Sezzle but if a gun was available at the price I wanted to pay and I didn't have the necessary funds at that moment, I would. BTW I like Caniks too. https://preview.redd.it/p9elaj7azs7g1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=73ba183838bee2c1bf53905eeb4b3944c27251c5 9mm, 10mm and .45acp.

Celestyol@reddit

Why is it threaded? Is there a point to a suppressed 10mm?
View on Reddit #73708414

ManOf1000Usernames@reddit

A large amount of 10mm is loaded to .40 speeds and as .40 is subsonic, the weak 10mm works in a suppressor.
View on Reddit #73709753

Celestyol@reddit

Ahh gotcha! I only ask because there was a huge backlash against suppressing 10mm after that Kentucky Ballistics video where the suppressed FN 510 frame cracked in half and fell off while he was shooting it. Maybe he was running bear loads instead of light 40 loads...?? 🤷
View on Reddit #73714309

ManOf1000Usernames@reddit

That has more to do with exact backpressures of the supressor, supressor mount style and force produced by the round versus what the gun was designed for. As far as I am aware there is no single standard for how much supressor abuse a pistol is supposed to take. Knowing KB he would of stated what he was shooting, and it was likely underwood or buffalo bore loads of proper 10mm spec, not weaker .40 spec.

Mine is a 50ds but arrives Christmas Eve and then I have to wait for my 40th some odd background check because I’m too big of a procrastinator to get my ccw. Happy 27th of December for me probably
