Anyone else not getting Pilot points when fueling there anymore?

Mine does it atleast twice a month. It will give me points for DEF but won’t give me anything for fuel even when it’s all one transaction. And it won’t let me move up to the next point per gallon. And if I scan or type in my receipt it says it’s already been scanned. They fuck me out of probably $30 a month

They do this to me a lot. You have to go inside and get a receipt and you can add it after. Sometimes your physical card needs to be replaced also

They let our account get hacked on multiple occasions and wouldn't do anything about it, so we took our business to Loves. Never had a problem there and something free every Monday along with free daily drink refills.

I switched to TA and now change my davco less often than I ever did at pilot.

Fortunately, I don't fuel at Pilot anymore unless it's an emergency situation. There were a few times when I fueled with them that my points were wonky. Same with Loves, though.
