Please help, PC is not POSTing, no debug lights on MoBo. I have tried a lot.

Specs:
OS: Windows 10
MoBo: Msi Tomahawk B450 (no wifi)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080Ti founders edition
Mem: G-Skill Ripjaw DDR4-3200 (2x8GB)
Storage: Samsung Nvme 1 TB (Windows on this), 2 TB Hard Drive
Built her in 2018, have not been the most careful with moving etc, but haven't done any of that in a while.
The other night, I turned my PC on with the intent of starting some updates. I powered on, saw it get to the login page for me to put in my pin. I walked away, got distracted, fell asleep. Yesterday morning, went to start PC. Power LED on front was lit, but no fans spinning, no lights inside on, keyboard lights off, no signal on monitor. I held the power button to shut down, wait maybe 90 seconds, hold button to power on. Fans spin up, MoBo lights up, GPU lights up, keyboard and monitor do not.
Here is the weird part:
I look inside at the EZ-debug LED's - nothing. I hit the restart button on the front of case, and the GPU fans ramp up for a second. If I hold it down, they stay spinning, pc does not restart.
I began reseating components and cables, trying to start up in between each. I tried different RAM combinations/slots. I tested my previous GPU (1060Ti), nothing. I removed the CPU cooler, reseated and reapplied paste. Nothing. Every once in a while on restart, the VGA EZ-DEbug led comes on, but not every time. That didn't start until after the first time I swapped GPU's and swapped back, so I tested again, and it didn't light up for either GPU. Just to be safe, I cleaned the PCIe connection.
After going through what I felt was everything I could hardware-wise, I attempted a bios flashback, but I think my flash drive is not able to communicate properly for it (flashback led blinks 3 times and stays solid on the third blink).
At this point, I am getting a nicer flashdrive from a friend to attempt the bios flashback, but I think MoBo might just be in end of its life. I am willing to try anything before dropping money on a new MoBo rn.
TL;DR: PC doesn't Post, have reseated all hardware, no clear signs from EZ-Debug lights, I think MoBo is dead. Plz help

Bro did you find fix same shit happened with me what should i do? I got new psu new mobo after starting for first time this happend?

sounds like one of three things to me given what you have tried.
A: Bad PSU.
B: Bad MOBO
C: Bad CPU
In that order those are the things I would start swapping in. My advice is to buy all three parts and then return what you don't need, but I heavily suspect its one or multiple of those things.

PSU was in the back of my head. Do you think it is likely given that everything is receiving power? Would that imply that it is just not supplying the correct voltage or something?
