Anyone else still stuck in "Lockdown Mode"

It's coming up on 6 years since the Covid outbreak. Like many others, I learned to entertain and enrich myself through hobbies/remote work/cleaning/etc but my life never seemed to move past it. I just landed my first in-person, full-time job since 2020. Starts in January and it's a big accomplishment since I've been unemployed for 15 months. It's gonna be a hell of an adjustment so I was wondering: Is anyone else still in lockdown mode? Living and working from home for the past 6 years? Anyone recently transitioned back into public successfully? Any tips for someone in their 40s rejoining the public?
