2005 Golf- what is the best tyre pressure?

2005 Golf- best tyre pressure? My sticker says 29PSI but when I last had new tyres the man said 32 would be good. I’m about to go check my tyres ahead of a long drive tomorrow, what should I aim for? It may be worth noting that it’s a 10 min drive to go pump my tyres so they will be warm, should I inflate to 33 or even 34 to allow them to come bsck to 32 when cool?

Niteogen does not react to temperatures and remain constant. only useful in racing and high end sports cars on the track where they're doing 150+mph all the time. normal driving nitrogen has zero upside and all the downsides.

The max pressure is on the tyre , not pressure for the specific car. Nitrogen is a complete waste of money unless on track.

if your really worried about warm tyres, when your at the pump let them down a bit before pumping them to the correct pressure. the hot/cold tyres dont really make much of a difference in winter, your tyres are not getting to racing temps when its cold outside and on the road.

Your pressures should be on a sticker either on the driver's door, door jamb or fuel cap

They're xxx/yy R15.5. The xxx/yy is fairly important.

Follow the car as those pressures are for the cars weight Pressures have been steadily rising though, my 2013 golf said 32 PSI and my 2021 golf says 38 PSI now

I’ve always set tyre pressures when cold. Do you not have a pressure gauge and some sort of pump?
