If everything is to spec I *might* trust steel inner geometry with a permanently fixed aluminum rail and a polymer sleeve. This? Nope. The only polymer receiver I want on an AR is a monolithic lower.

Yeah, Less if you can snap two halves together or own a vise. These aren't necessarily terrible, but for the price of a "mil spec" aluminum AR these would need to be closer to $200 for me to even take a second look.

I actually own of these stripped uppers. Again, it's not awful, but when an aluminum upper is 30 bucks, it's just not a great buy. Particularly if it's a first/only AR.
