Jailed in a foreign country

Okay so this is actually a hypothetical. However, your boy has a demon he lets out from time to time on out of country excursions. I was wondering well what if I go too far and end up in a jail for a night or 2 in another country. Obviously that would suck, but would it affect your chances for an American airline? Could anybody even get access to the records?
