🧐 BOTB Winners: Has anyone ever been able to find one on social media?

I've been playing BOTB's competition for a while and, like many others, I've never won. I'm aware they publish the winners' names, town/city, and a video of the surprise on their website every week. I understand that people might want to be private, but what has always felt a little off to me is the complete lack of a social media presence for these winners.

I've gone down a bit of a rabbit hole and have searched Facebook for the names of winners going back as far as 10 years, combining their name with the town/city listed, and I have not yet found a single one that appears to be a legitimate personal profile. Even for winners whose reaction video is very public and emotional, I can't find them online outside of the BOTB ecosystem.

I know some people choose to take the cash and disappear, but over a decade of weekly winners, you'd expect a few to have public profiles, or have friends/family mention it on social media.

My question to the Reddit community is this: Has anyone here personally won a BOTB competition? What was your experience like?

Did you actively delete your social media or make it completely private?

Has anyone been able to find a BOTB winner's social media profile (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) other than the company's official posts?

What are your general thoughts on the social media invisibility of so many winners? Do you think it's a transparency issue, or just a widespread desire for privacy?

I'm not saying it's a scam, but the lack of an online paper trail for a competition this high-profile is certainly curious.
