New build and my monitors will not come on

###Troubleshooting Help: I have a new 5070ti and my monitors will not display a picture until I either reset the cabling in the back of the graphics card, turn off and turn on the monitors. The computer boots to windows but it will not show the login screen without doing those exercises. I have 2 monitors. the left will stay black while the right will show no DP. I then turn off the right and the left will display the windows login screen. This has been the issue with just 1 monitor plugged in since I setup this up 2 days ago. Not sure if a setting needs to be changed or the wrong plugs are used. I am using the 1st 2 display ports. The monitors work fine on my older 2070super.
